An exchanger for heat exchange between the refrigerating solution and the product (pressed, stalk removed or must) The exchanger mainly consists of a sectioned frame with tubular modules fixed to it, which make up the concentric exchange units.

The exchanger is entirely made in stainless steel and is complete with timed thermometers for controlling entry and output temperature of the product and the refrigerant.

On request, it can be insulated and with internal spiral pipes.
